We are given great satisfaction in offering the most custom experience in building a new home.  Our custom homes are designed and built for your unique lifestyle.  Each customer has their own vision:  plans, ideas, dreams, and budget.

Vision Meeting

Our initial meeting allows us to learn about each other and discuss how to get started on planning for your new home.  We want to hear about your new home vision.  The main areas that we will focus on are: home plan ideas, your budget, financing options, and our design/build process.  You are probably collecting an assortment of ideas from home plans to home selections; feel free to bring in your design ideas.  Your collections will help us to better understand the home of your dreams.  As we gain more knowledge of your vision, we are able to start using our expertise at Gasser Builder, Inc. to start designing your new home.

Design and Drafting

Once you are ready to start the design phase, we will sign a preliminary agreement.  The preliminary agreement is a simple contract detailing the fees being charged for the home design.  Feel free to contact us about more information on our design fees.  Gasser Builders, Inc. will guide you through the design phase in order to keep you on budget while creating your dream design.  Once your preliminary plans are complete, we will be ready for the Building Specifications meeting.

Building Specifications

Now that we have a set of preliminary plans, we are ready to discuss all the home selections that will be in your new home. We will go through each home selection from inside to outside. We will talk about roofing, exterior finishes, cabinets, windows, doors, casings, baseboards, tile, heating and cooling, and all the details that go into creating a custom home that is tailored for you. Once we have all the specifications, Gasser Builders, Inc. will create a detailed construction proposal.

Construction Proposal Meeting

We will give you a detailed Construction Proposal that will give you a clear picture of what is included in each aspect of your new home. If you are ready to proceed, we will sign the proposal and we will have a Construction Agreement. If you have some adjustments that need to be made to the Construction Proposal, Gasser Builders will work with you to make changes on the Building Specifications and final cost. We at Gasser Builders want you to be comfortable and confident in moving forward. Once we have everything revised and signed on the Construction Agreement, we are ready to work on the actual Construction Phase.

Construction Phase

Now you are finally ready to see the fruits of your labor. Gasser Builders, Inc. will ensure that you stay involved and up-to-date on your new home build. During the Building Process, we keep you up-to-date and on schedule by giving you specific design deadlines for final selections and approvals. Scheduled meetings at the home-site or showrooms will keep your new home on schedule and ensure that every detail is picked out on time. We feel that a proactive approach is best for us to stay on schedule and relieves the customer from unneeded stress because building a new home should be FUN!

Home Completion

You are ready for the big move! Evan will meet you for a final walk-through. We want to make sure that you know about all the details of living in your new home: water softeners, furnace filters, alarm systems, etc. We also want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new home prior to move in.

One Year Check Up

At Gasser Builders, we want to ensure that you are happy with your home. We will schedule a check up to see if there are any issues that need addressed for warranty purposes.
