About Us

Fred Gasser began working as a mason and concrete finisher in the late 1960’s, and in 1972 he decided to start his own construction company. Fred and his crew began by building homes from the foundation on up. These skills were then utilized as Fred became a general contractor. At a young age, Evan Gasser started working in the trades alongside his father Fred. Evan earned his bachelors degree in Construction Engineering Technology at The University of Akron. Through years of hard work, Evan transitioned into his current position as President. We strive to build a dream home for each and everyone of our customers.
